By enrolling your child at Oksigen Theatre, you accept these terms and conditions as an ongoing agreement between you and Oksigen Theatre.

The Agreement is made between the parent/guardian (“Parent”) of each enrolled student (“Student”) and Oksigen Theatre (“Oksigen Theatre”, Registered Charity Number 1165680 ), and it is valid at all times whilst the Student is participating in any Oksigen Theatre activities and lessons.

Oksigen Theatre is run by trustees (“Trustees”).

Oksigen Theatre reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The Parents will be notified of any changes by email.


1.1) To apply for a place for a new Student on a Oksigen Theatre course, the Parent must agree to these Terms & Conditions and complete a Parental Agreement and a Personal Details Form. All Parents must notify Oksigen Theatre of any changes of the personal details stated in the Form in writing by email.

1.2) Each Student’s place is allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
1.3) If Oksigen Theatre is unable to accept the Student due to capacity reasons, the Student may, at the Parent’s discretion, be placed on a waiting list.  

1.4) The fees must be paid in full before the 1st lesson of a term. Alternative ways of payment can be discussed with the Trustees by emailing the Treasurer.

1.5) The fees must be paid through the Oksigen Theatre website. No payments will be collected during the lessons.

1.6) Oksigen Theatre fees will be reviewed annually and may be increased in September of each year.

1.7) In the event that a Student is unable or chooses not to attend an Oksigen Theatre lesson due to sickness, holiday or any other reasons, Oksigen Theatre will not refund any payments.
1.8) Oksigen Theatre will offer the second child of the same family attending lessons at the same time, a sibling discount.


2.1) The personal data (as it is defined in the Data Protection Act 2018) of a Student and/or Parent will be processed by Oksigen Theatre for the purposes of administration in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

2.5) Oksigen Theatre owns all the rights, title and interest in and to its websites, including software, text and media and its trade marks, logos and brand elements. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects or licences the ownership of these rights. Any intellectual property created during Oksigen Theatre activities is owned by Oksigen Theatre.


3.1) Students participate in Oksigen Theatre activities at their own risk and are obliged to inform Oksigen Theatre and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition. The Parental Agreement form must have any known medical conditions stated, and Oksigen Theatre must be notified of any changes to such information immediately in writing .

3.2) If you unsure whether a Student should participate in any activity, please consult the Student’s GP before enrolling on Oksigen Theatre activities.
3.3) Any medication left with a Student during activities must be clearly labelled and the Student should, unless Oksigen Theatre has agreed in writing otherwise, be able to administer it themselves.
3.4) Students must wear suitable footwear and Oksigen Theatre uniform for all lessons. Students wearing boots, sandals, crocks, flip-flops or any shoes with high heels will not be allowed to participate. Fees will not be refunded in such cases.
3.5) If a Student is unwell or has an accident requiring emergency treatment, the Parent will be contacted via the emergency contact details provided on the Parental Agreement form. This number must always be contactable whilst the Student is attending the Oksigen Theatre activities.
3.6) Parents are solely responsible for ensuring that the emergency contact details on Oksigen Theatre records are up to date.


4.1) Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. Oksigen Theatre can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings. The use of mobile phones, i-pads and electronic games is not allowed during any Oksigen Theatre activities.

4.2) The liability of Oksigen Theatre and that of its staff is restricted to Oksigen Theatre activities time only and then only to gross negligence. 


5.1) Oksigen Theatre may, at its own discretion, refuse a Student entry to any Oksigen Theatre activities if it is felt that the Student’s behaviour is unacceptable. Fees will not be refunded in such case.
5.2) Oksigen Theatre reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff from the usual programme in the event of illness or other circumstances beyond our control.
5.3) Where an Oksigen Theatre activity has to be cancelled by Oksigen Theatre, we will give as much notice as possible. In the event of a last minute cancellation, you will be notified by email. Parents must ensure that they provide Oksigen Theatre with up-to-date contact details.
5.4) It is occasionally necessary to change the time and/or venue of an Oksigen Theatre lessons. This will only be done if absolutely necessary and Oksigen Theatre will do its best to keep lesson times and locations as similar as possible.
5.5) All Students must be collected on time after a lesson. Oksigen Theatre is unable to supervise or accept responsibility for students before and after a lesson. Persistent late collection will result in additional charges.

5.6) In case of a dispute or complaint from a Parent or a Student, Parents should write to Oksigen Theatre Child Protection Officer, who will liaise with all parties concerned.

5.7) These Terms & Conditions, together with  a Parental Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties which supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
5.8) In the event that one or more of the provisions of the Agreement are found to be unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, those provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement.
5.9) The Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute, proceedings or claim shall fall within the jurisdiction of the English courts.
